Beautiful place with all the amenities. Host was very responsive. Couple of things to be aware about: 24 hours parking is few blocks away so expect to walk with your bags. The place is on Duval, which is great location for getting out and about. But the bars at night tend to play loud music until late at night and that could be a trouble. The place was easy to find and instructions were clear. Condo had all amenities including water, coffee, soap shampoo, etc. Clean and spacious.

The location of this unit was great. Walking distance to almost anywhere. When we originally booked, we secured two units for 8 people total. The listing showed that it accommodates 8. That's false. There is one king size bed in each unit. There is a fold out couch from 1990 that they are implying is another bed for 2 people. It can't sleep one person, much less two. I wouldn't even allow my kids to sleep on it. That's how bad it was. The hot water heater went out our second to last day, but we figured maybe all the units shared one so we didn't say anything and gave it until the next morning before we left. Nope, hot water heater was out. I let them know and they offered no money back or anything. We asked to keep our bag at the unit while we did a tour our last morning. Again, was told no. Other people were checking in, 2 hours after we would be gone! Nice place, not worth the money unless you don't mind paying a grand a night for one bed.

Although there was no microwave as was listed online and we had to call to figure out how to check in we were very pleased with our stay. The outdoor living space was amazing for us all to gather. Other people kept leaving the first gate open so that felt a little unsafe but there’s nothing brightwild could have done, maybe in the check in information be clear to close that?

Right in the middle of busy Duval but you wouldn’t know it . You can hear a little music from hogs breath but not bad. Great place!
