Larrivée au logement s est bien deroulée ,cependant j ai du relancer l hote pour avoir les instructions relatives au logement (localisation de la clé, code, etage, numero d appartment) car rien n avait été donné à moins de 24 h de l arrivée. Aucune instruction donnée sur la localisation des poubelles (en dehors de l immeuble apparement) . Le loegment etait bien conforme aux photos, mais le menage n a pratiquement pas été fait avant, beaucoup de poussiere dans l ensemble de l appartement , et notamment dans la salle de bain, moquette sale, les draps ne semblaient pas tres propres et une serviette n a pas été sortie du lave linge. La ventilation de la cuisine se met en route de façon aléatoire et assez bruyante. Ce logement a cependant des points positifs non negligeables : localisation parfaite par rapport au metro, appartement neuf et immeuble peu bruyant, cuisine bien equipée, lave linge fonctionnel , quartier calme il y a tout ce qu il faut pour passer un bon sejour .

Die Unterkunft würde ich zwischen 4 und 5 Sternen bewerten. Die Lage ist (für den Preis) hervorragend. Nur 5 Minuten von der Tube entfernt und in einem wirklich ruhigen Gebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch mehr als ausreichend in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir im Zentrum gegessen haben. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren der einzige negative Aspekt. Es war nicht direkt schmutzig in der Wohnung, aber ein Durchgang mit dem Staubsauger würde bestimmt nicht schaden. Es ist leider kein Esstisch vorhanden, auch keine Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon. Besteck und Geschirr war ausreichend, eine vierte Tasse (für 4 Personen) war leider nicht vorhanden. Leider hat auch das Backrohr nicht funktioniert. Der Kontakt mit Tre war immer sehr freundlich, und er war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in London auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Great location - few minutes to the Blackhorse Road underground, few minutes walk to Tesco and eateries. Safe neighbourhood and amenities were as described Tre is a great and responsive host Just a lil improvement on the cleaning part, other than that the place is perfect for my little family

The property was not clean, as highlighted by the other review. It was dusty, debris was on the floor, the bathroom needed a good clean, kitchen was filthy - the hob, sink and fridge were all covered in stains. I even gave the host a chance to rectify this by flagging the previous review beforehand, but he didn't respond. It was poorly equipped too. No proper pillows for the sofa bed were provided - we were expected to use hard, uncomfortable arm cushions from the sofa with no covers on them. There were several broken items and the front door did not lock from the inside so I just had to use the chain. No basics like tea, coffee, sugar etc and hand soap in bathroom had a small amount of watered down soap left. On the plus side, check in was easy and the location is great. It's a shame because it could be a nice Airbnb with some care and attention.

The equipment in the flat is very basic, there is no dining table, nor chairs to sit, so we had to eat on the sofa, quite uncomfortable. The mattress should also be replaced, it's so soft that I got back pain in the night. The pillows and duvet were also uncomfortable, something super cheap and synthetic which makes you sweat at night. Also there was no hairdryer, apparently it got stoled on the past, but with that daily price I would expect the owner to order a replacement. One of the small tables was broken, I would also remove that from the flat. There were not even glasses to drink in the kitchen, nor washing soap. Overall the equipment of the flat is quite poor for this price. Definitely not a luxury department. However, the flat is well situated, right next the tube, close to the supermarket and quiet.
