Troy's place was amazing! It was very comfortable, stayed cool at night, very roomy, plenty of tvs, had an amazing fireplace, it's secluded, it was everything we were looking for! Troy was super awesome and answered any questions we had, and gave us fishing advice!

Everything was as described and there is a king bed, queen bed, and twin bunk beds so you get lots of space for not too much money. It’s not fancy but was very clean and exactly what we needed.

it's a quiet little place to get away. we loved the fact that there was no TV or wifi. We had pretty good cell coverage though and enjoyed bonfires out back and looking at the stars and moon out front. It was in the 80's during the day but got cool at night. With the windows open and fan on it was very comfortable inside.
