Het verblijf in de villa was zeer aangenaam. We voelden ons heel comfortabel, mede door de smaakvolle inrichting met onder meer een aardige schilderijencollectie en veel recreatieve voorzieningen. We ontdekten steeds weer nieuwe verrassende elementen in huis en tuin. Jammer dat je bij toiletbezoek het wc-papier apart in een bakje moet doen. Dit heeft te maken met het ontbreken van een riolering in het gebied en er een septictank wordt gebruikt. Iets waar alle huizen in het gebied last van zullen hebben. De verwarming van het zwembad is een punt van aandacht. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een storing waardoor het water erg fris werd.

This villa is just amazing! Everything you need is there. I‘ve never been in such a well organized house. Everything began with a check in and housetour with Michel and Carolina, they explained everything about the Villa and take time for the travellers and are also available for further informations and questions. It was like a week in paradise, we would definitely return to this wonderfull place. Thank you Michel and Carolina.

Just returned from the most fabulous week with friends. 6 adults and 5 children aged 4-12. The most beautiful Villa and plenty to keep the children entertained. Very spacious and all bedrooms are a good size. There isn’t much nearby the Villa so I would advise getting a rental car. The nearest supermarket is a ten minute drive away. There is a local snack bar that is worth a visit for lunch. Would highly recommend a visit, we hope to be returning again.

If you are traveling with young children, this home really is ideal. The outdoor space is stunning and ver well maintained. The hot tub got very hot when using the solar cover/heater. Enough so you can sit in the hot water and enjoy during a windy/cool evening. This was very nice. We did pay extra for pool heating and although it would warm up a little bit, I wouldn't say the pool was "warm". The location is ideal, 15 minutes from wonderful beaches, 15 minutes from Loule which has a beautiful market and old city area to explore. I would absolutely stay at this location again. Check out was very easy and flexible.

We stayed in Michel’s magical villa in April. Photos and description do not do this villa justice - it is such a special place. We were 3 generations of family from 4 years to 85 years old (and a few reluctant teenagers in the middle) and there was something for everyone. Our favourite part was sitting by the outdoor bbq/fire place late into the evening playing cards, drinking wine and talking! Thank you Michel!
