Enjoy the cosy feel of the underfloor heating in the bright living space. Bi-folding doors open up onto a private garden where you can dine alfresco on the patio terrace. Step inside the property and find yourself in the open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner with bold colours and natural light streaming through the skylight. There is exposed stonework and wooden beams. The living area has a classic cottage look with comfortable sofas and a TV . In the contemporary yet country-style kitchen, there is a breakfast bar for enjoying your morning coffee and a Smart TV to perhaps play your favourite music whilst pottering. After cooking a special meal for your guests, tuck in at the dining table which overlooks the garden. A utility room can also be found on the ground floor. Upstairs is a family shower room with a rainfall shower, and two bedrooms (a king-size and twin room). Outside is an enclosed garden with seating.
