This was my third stay at an AirBnB in Guwahati and I can say confidently that it was the best of the three. Clean rooms, spacious, neat interiors that remind me of my old home, peaceful neighbours and easy to find. The host herself is a very friendly and responsive lady. Absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay at Nibaxh. I highly recommend it and will for sure book again.

Property is nice and fairly clean, just need a bit of last minute check before guest check-in. Refrigerator had food items left behind by previous guest. One of the washroom’s flush was not working but the host acknowledged unawareness of the issue, hopefully it will be fixed. Property is in a peaceful location. No disturbance or interference by the host. Host is friendly. Check-in and check out process is easy and quick. Really enjoyed our stay with friends. Just a few small constructive corrections, and its a beautiful property to stay and chill.
