The Cozy Zoo Road Apartment offers the best of both worlds - a lovely and peaceful abode in one of the most central locations of the city. The 2-bed apartment, located in a private family lane, offers everything you may need to have a homely experience. Super high-speed wifi, private parking, attached bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, workspace, smart TV, ACs in all the rooms and a pretty patio. The place has been renovated and designed in an eco-friendly way reusing vintage furnitures. The property has two very good-sized bedrooms, a sofa bed, two attached bathrooms, a fully fledged kitchen with almost all amenities that one could think of, an open-space living and dining room and a patio. All the rooms including the living room have ACs and enjoys a high speed 100 mbps wifi. For entertainment, there are books, free Netflix and Amazon Prime and multiple board games. You will also have access to other accessories like unlimited filter water, first-aid kit, hair dryer, multi-plugs, international adaptor, iron, iron boards, safe boxes, mosquito repellent machines and sprays, and umbrellas. 2 free private parking spaces are available. Regular cleaning service is provided and laundry service can be provided on request.

Aninda's place is immaculate. Mr Hitesh and his family were also very helpful and helped us feel right at home. The house is indeed cozy and has a beautiful, peaceful vibe. The surroundings as well are verdant and serene with lots of songbirds around. The location is very convenient, not more than 3 kms from the major attractions. We loved our stay here.
The apartment is very well kept, with clean and beautiful interiors. Every single possible need of the guests has been preempted and provided for . For anything unforeseen, the caretaker is just a call away. The host Aninda is prompt in replying to our queries. Hitesh, the caretaker was so thoughtful while explaining to us about every single thing in the house. We loved his suggestions on eateries also. What strikes one the most is the warm reception that makes you feel at home. Had a pleasant stay.

Staying at the Cozy Zoo apartment was an absolute pleasure. From the seamless check- in process to the thoughtfully decorated space, every detail exceeded exoectation. Aninda was an excellent host, he respnded to all my queries patiently and even offered local tips. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay.

The one of its kind Assam State Zoo is 5 mins by public transport/car/bike and about 20 minutes on foot. Guwahati Address is a brilliant high-end restaurant within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Unit 6 gym, a highly rated one, is also within just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
