There's also a snug area with a sofa where you can read a book, or the kids can chill while you prepare a meal. On the first floor, there's a double bedroom and a small double room. On the top floor, you'll find another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside, the enclosed garden and patio with garden furniture make an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while the children or dogs can run around and play on the lawn.
