We stayed here as a family celebration and wanted some peace and quiet while enjoying what the area has to offer and the farmhouse did not disappoint! The rooms and bathrooms were perfectly laid out for our group. So many bathrooms to choose from! The kitchen was the place we all gathered for breakfast and evenings and the hot tub just topped it off with the views! Tamara was a great host and house is perfect for a big group getaway in the lakes. Would certainly stay again and would highly recommend Thank you for having us!

Tamara's place was incredible, so much so I've just tried to immediately book it in again, but, it's unavailable (unsurprising). If you visit, I'd highly recommend booking into L'enclume, a 3 michellen star restaurant. Cartmel is wonderful, Tamara's place is great and she's one of the best hosts I've had! Thank you Tamara!

Excellent farmhouse property for a large family group. Beautiful surroundings, lovely walk into Cartmel 0.9 miles. Peaceful location within reach of local attractions - Bowness etc

Great family weekend in this quirky, well appointed farmhouse conversion. Well equipped kitchen, perfect for feeding our party. Appreciated the ‘shared’ spices and condiments. The wonderful hot tub was enjoyed by all.
