Upper loft with a king bed, along with two twin bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 people. The space is compact with efficient use of space, including private shower and toilet. 11.4 cu refrigerator w/freezer, 2 burner cook plate, and toaster oven w/ coffee pot. 10 min walk to Kehena black sand clothing optional beach. We are 8 miles to Isaac Hale (Pohiki) which is the lava flow from 2019 that created a new black sand beach and various hot spring ponds. We are a one hour drive to Volcano Park and Hilo. We are a scent free home, for those who are extra sensitive. We use real cotton everything and you won’t find any polyester linens in our home. The tiny house will accommodate up to 4 people. There is a Serta king bed in the loft, it’s a medium to soft bed, a very comfortable mattress. (Note: you must be able to climb stairs to access this bed) The top bunk has an 8” memory foam that is quite cosy. The bottom couch can be converted into a sleeping space for a 4th person (best for a child) However, 3 people or less is most comfortable in the small space. The tiny house is equipped for cooking meals. It has a multipurpose all in one toaster oven, cook plate, coffee pot. In addition we do have a (2) plate cooking burner. There is no microwave in this unit. We do have pots and pans, dishes and utensils for cooking. We include basic salt, pepper, and cooking oil in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with almost a full size (11.6 cubic feet) fridge and freezer for plenty of space for your food. We offer an outside seating area and chairs for mealtime. The tiny house is equipped with high speed internet. We are located on the red road, about 14 miles out of Pahoa town. It’s very peaceful and quiet. There is very little noise in our neighborhood only the sound of Keoki frogs at night, and no traffic noise. A 5 minute walk out of the neighborhood and across the street puts you at “The Point” A beautiful cliffside grassy area for picnics, yoga, or wave watching. We have very limited cell service, Verizon does not get service in our area. Other carriers such as ATT and TMobile get 2 bars of service. Your phone will work off our wifi network. It’s very nice to escape the 5g fry, and you will sleep like a baby at night! Come stay in our tiny house for a little slice of paradise.
