During our stay in Paris, we really like this apartment. It’s very close to an underground station and its surrounding area seems relatively safe.

What a beautiful apartment... Even better than in the photos! Everything was very clean and new. The apartment is in a new building with great security, even though the area felt very safe, we also felt secure in the apartment. The metro station is a 30 second walk from the building with good connections to the city. The balcony is an added bonus with a beautiful view of the city. If we come back to Paris, we will surely stay with you again. David is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a trip of any length in Paris.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The apartment is very comfortable. The roller shades over the windows keep the place quiet and dark for a good night sleep. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, and everything needed to cook a meal, except the food of course. But, there are several grocery stores, bakeries and cafes nearby, and a farmers market that was open Wednesday and Saturday mornings. This was in April, so the days may change in the Summer. And for getting to the tourist attractions, you are steps from the Metro blue line, and 10 minutes away from another Metro line. I liked being in this neighborhood as opposed to the more touristy neighborhoods because I got to experience the way a local lives. I loved Paris and this apartment!

Le séjour a duré trois nuits et l'appartement est formidable ! Je suis un habitué des locations à Paris et le logement était parfait. Il se situe dans un quartier très sympa, et l'entrée du métro est à 50 mètres, pour accéder à la ligne 2. La station Nation n'est pas très éloignée non plus. Il existe autour de nombreux commerces et un grand marché. L'appartement est spacieux et bien aménagé, avec d'immenses baies vitrées qui offrent une jolie vue dégagée. La cuisine est bien équipée et David fait attention à proposer des denrées utiles; la salle de bain est grande et fonctionnelle et bien décorée; la chambre est encore mieux que dans un bon hôtel; le salon est très confortable et la TV offre de nombreux services. David s'est montré très disponible et il a pris soin que je me sente bien, dès mon arrivée. Je recommande vivement ce logement, qui convient, selon moi, aussi bien pour un court séjour comme j'ai vécu ou pour des locations plus longues, pour les loisirs ou pour le travail.

L’appartement est vraiment superbe ! David est un hôte investi qui répond très rapidement aux messages. L’appartement est tout neuf et l’on s’y sent vraiment bien. Le métro est juste en bas , c'est vraiment pratique, je reviendrai sans faute ! Sans doute le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel je suis resté !
