Mercedes a été un hôte exceptionnel d'amabilité et de réactivité l'appartement est tres spacieux et facile a vivre - bine situe dans Paris, porche de transport le 11 eme est un quartier tres familial avec de nombreux commerces de bouche mais en meme temps tres proche de la belle vie Parisienne je recommande cet emplacement merci Mercedes

Mercedes did address our problems in a prompt way, but they could have been avoided if there were explicit instructions by email before arriving. After we complained, she sent Ellis in person to correct the problems. The vestibule code did not work for us and someone let us in. We had no initial instruction on locating the lock box with the keys. When trying to log into the internet, the instructions in a frame on the living room wall were totally wrong, and no TV instructions, so, NO TV and no internet until she sent Ellis to help! No instructions on how to turn on the heater or the air conditioners and none on how to throw out the trash! We learned from others you had to 33 Rue Faidherbe, take the elevator to floor -1 to the basement to find the trash bins. We also were never given the intercom code for guests coming to visit. We had an infestation of bugs called “poisson d'argent" in the 2 bathrooms and she sent exterminators. Pans and window -filthy. Sofas cushionless!

This apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, spacious and in a wonderful location.
