Looks can be deceiving. A shed turned into a home away from home with everything you need for a break. Double bed (linen included), double sofa bed, fold down fouton, single fold out seat/mattress. ( Would be suitable for kids or teenager with a sleeping bag) Table tennis table and foosball table, laundry with washer and dryer. Wood fired potbelly heater. Split system heating in main kitchen/ bedroom area. On a house property, welcome to wonder the paddocks but please stay clear of house.

Lauren’s place was great for us as we had a wedding in town. Neat, clean, comfortable, great set up with table tennis table, darts and more. Short drive into town. Pet friendly if that’s what you’re after. Quiet at night. Thanks for having us.
absolutely loved it! was spacious, clean, homey and had lots to do. the view was spectacular and the wood fireplace was amazing. Lauren was great and a pleasure to deal with. we will definitely be staying here when we go to Ballarat/surroundings

Short 10 min walk down into buninyong town. Great town to get a brunch and a coffee or dinner and drinks in the evening.
