The place was as advertised, and looked exactly like the pictures. It was in a quiet neighborhood, and accommodated us well for our one night stay in Wilmington.

Kim was SO helpful with our check in and very accommodating to us being in town early! She was very nice, if I’m in the area again I would definitely be looking to this location again!!!

The location is ok, its in a residential neighborhood. What is not apparent from the listing is that there is only one entry way into the home, through what appears to be the back door area, where a bathroom was added. This means that the bathroom has windows that go into the shared backyard; that in order to enter or leave the home someone must not be in the bathroom; that mud, dirt etc are all being tracked back and forth through the bathroom. We did not shower. The home had a distinct mildewy smell to it. There were towels, no wash clothes as pictured. The bedding looked & smelled like it came from goodwill. We in fact had to purchase blankets to lay on top of the bedding to sleep. The walls, baseboards, shower, carpet, etc were dirty/smudged. It didnt feel worth the value paid for the stay. Re positives-- it was dog friendly w/ a fence--which is why we booked. Good location. Communication with host was easy & responsive but we would not stay again given cleanliness & bathroom.

Kim's place is right around the corner from several stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and we had our own little area in the back to sit ouside.
