The place is perfect for a group of 2 to 6 people. The services are amazing and we felt very welcome when staying in the place. Kaylyn is fast in responding, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend. A worthy place to stay.

The Greenhouse is such a beautiful home and was the perfect place to stay for our group. The home is even nicer than the photos show and it is clear a lot of thought was put into creating the best experience for guests. Kaylyn is very responsive and just the sweetest and most thoughtful host! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return soon!

Our stay at Kaylyn’s was the absolute best from start to finish. Getting in was straightforward and easy. Kaylyn was always accessible for any questions we had before / during our stay. The house was so comfortable as well as clean. The interior and exterior of the house was so on-theme with the “Greenhouse” name - it was really cute. The full length mirrors in every room + hair dryer were especially clutch during our stay! It had everything we needed to have a good time while we were staying in (games, cards, TV, etc.) while the backyard was equally equipped with entertainment (corn hole boards, hot tub, grill, fire pit). Location was great as we went to a concert and it was only an 8 minute Uber/Lyft away and downtown was not much further. The Cargo District and Pointe area were also conveniently less than 10 minutes away. Overall, highly recommend staying at Kaylyn’s if you’re in the Wilmington area - you won’t regret it.

I would definitely want to book this airbnb again! The house was even better than the pictures posted on the page. Kaylyn was very responsive and helped me out when I need immediate help. whomever was in charge of designing the interior of the home has such good taste! We were met woth clean rooms, and a station for making tea and coffee, definitely was a bonus for me and my friends! Look forward for a quality experience when you are booking this home. Wonderful place!! For all that’s included it’s a steal. If I’m in the area again I’d love to stay here again!
