My place is right at the center of the tourist area in Malate, Manila. It is conveniently located in proximity to shopping mall and wet markets, banks, entertainment destinations, restaurants, and public transportation. Situated on the 24th floor with a balcony overlooking Manila Bay. It is a fully furnished, well-equipped kitchenette and has a shower heater, cable TV, and wi-fi. Pool and game amenities are available for a fee. Please read the listing and house rules first before booking. The condo unit has a homey atmosphere that makes the guest(s) feel relaxed and comfortable. My place is 43 sqm. including the balcony, and has 1 bedroom that can accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has a trundle-type bed, which consists of a semi-double size and a pull-out single size bed. The whole unit is well maintained, organized, and really clean.

非常非常好的民宿： 1景色，正对着马尼拉湾，马尼拉湾落日大道就在眼前，24层的高度是欣赏落日最佳位置！ 2屋内设施非常齐全，料理机，电饭煲，各种锅，洗菜盆，餐具，厨具，调味料，一应俱全，特别方便！ 3干净，房间的任何地方都没有瑕疵，有书桌，甚至还有笔，尺子，涂改液，订书器等 4楼下就有韩国超市，冷面和泡菜又便宜又好吃，步行或者打车到王城，黎刹公园都很方便 5房东特别友善，回复及时，特别赞！ 这几天搬到曼达卢永的民宿，没有对比就没有伤害，很怀念Presscila家，再来马尼拉，还选这家，期待下次见面！
First time visiting Manila. Prescilla's place is on a central location. There are many ways how to get around. 24/7 building staff that can direct you in how to request many services, filtered water, laundry, transportation, food. Secure building, no ID, no access. The apartment is clean and has all basic things you may need. Just follow the rules, like taking out the trash every day, and you will be out of trouble. I kept the blinds closed, so the place was cool all the time. Amazing view of the bay area day and night.

Prescilla is a lovely and nice lady. She made sure to meet me in Person even if Check in and out times were not the standard. whenever I'll be in malate again I'll definitely consider her place again. it's lovely and beautiful and anything you need is nearby. I was happy to stay here :)
Prescilla is kind and has a very clean apartment. Building has security. Good value for money. Reliable and fast WiFi.

The place is a busy area day and night due to its location. There are a variety of entertainment options and restaurants to choose from. The mall, public market, and grocery store are just walking distance away. Local transportation is always available. There are banks and ATMs just nearby. Malate Church, Raja Sulayman Park, and Manila Bay can be viewed from the balcony.
There are buses, light rail, jeepneys and tricycles nearby. Cabs are right outside the front lobby.
