We really enjoyed our stay at Michalis’s villa. The location was great in the Sani forest and the property well maintained and clean for a family holiday. The villa is split into two levels, with 2 bedrooms on each. Being on a hill means that the two bedroom downstairs have no windows, and the lower floor doesn’t get as much natural light. Michalis and his family were very responsive both before and throughout our stay.

The place has a splendid view, the area is very elegant and quiet and the house has all you might need on holiday. BUT the host doesn't have any communication skills or hosting skills , to put it nicely! They asked me for more money and more cash collateral than they were entitled for. Luckily, the Airbnb team was very helpful in solving this unpleasant situation, since our check-in took 4-5 unpleasant hours on phone calls with Airbnb and discussions with the guest. To make the story short, even after I paid for all the additional guests, they kept threatening us with the police and argued on our departure day for no reason, just because there were 4 hosts and they did not communicate with each other. :( The description of the bedrooms is not realistic, as there are 4 real bedrooms and 2 other bedrooms in open spaces like halls. Even if the place was splendid , my memory of this holyday is a completely unpleasant one.

Petros' house is very comfortable and offers a lot of privacy if you travel with a group. We have been received very friendly. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. We even saw dolphins when we were having breakfast on the terrace. In the garden are lots of herbs en vegetables . The jacuzzi was relaxing en afterwards you can take a shower in the outside with see view.

One of my best stay ever. The place is in a great position, close to a resort, and in face of the Olympus mountain. The view of the sunset on the sea while staying in the terrace among the trees is a "time, please stop now.." kind of experience. Perfect for families looking for silence. The house is even better then in the pictures: Petros, you need to update them...! :)
