The location is IDEAL, 2 minute walk to town (relieves the stress of finding parking) 1 mile to beach (beachpass included). New queen bed, AC, full kitchen and bathroom made private by a thick curtain. your own deck/patio area with seating and grill. Only the first floor will be available (not the loft). Not reccomended for those with dog allergies. Also the water tank is small, so short showers! This is not luxury but its cute, clean, and very affordable! listing is new but I am a superhost I love my little Beach cottage! I lived here for 5 years while caring for my Grandmother next door. I want my guests to have the best stress free experience! I will be providing towels, cooler, 2 beach chairs and a Beach umbrella for your stay⛱️ as well as a Beach pass when needed. since the goal of my guests is usually to enjoy being out in town or at the beach the TV i provide is very small. however it is connected to fast internet utilizing Prime available to my guests. Or log into your own streaming services. Use the Fire TV remote that is Alexa enabled for convenience. please use account named DriftRose Cottage. I just ask that guests DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES on my account please. As stated above, fast internet is provided. There is parking for 2 cars and a shell patio area as well as a deck. will provide lounge chairs and outdoor table /seating. Also a grill. the garage of Driftrose (the large house next door that I also rent) is unoccupied. So no one will be looking out the windows directly facing the deck. however The neighbors on the other side of the fence are close proximity. They are often out of town, but I want to be transparent that there could be noise or smoke from their fire pit area. There is also often the sounds of local bands at the close by restaurants until 10pm. I am providing a fan to help with noise. I also have new blackout shades on the windows. As of now the bathroom window does not open as it's a crank variety that I have been unable to find parts for. but the ceiling vent is new and works great. The two staineglass kitchen windows do not open. The glass in the storm door lowers nicely to provide a large screened window area. in the really hot months the sun beams full strength into the windows and its helpful to keep the shades mostly down. I have purchased a brand new AC unit to cool the space. I love growing things! Mostly my Drift Roses 🌹 You may see me out watering and tending to the plants or mowing the lawn. By 2025 the trees I planted should be tall enough to really improve the privacy of the space. Both Driftrose and the Cottage at Driftrose are my dream and passion and I appreciate my visitors support as I continue to upgrade these spaces 🙂
