If you see Naya Homes -- RUN. We discovered white mold growing from under a wall in one of our bedrooms. On the other side of the growth was the bathroom sink that was leaking considerably-- enough to soak through a heavy beach towel for hours when we weren't there. We contacted both Naya Homes and AirBnb support about the issue and moved our belongings out of the unit because of the health hazard. Naya came to check it out while we were away, and on a phone call with them later that evening, they confirmed that it was white mold and said that someone would be reaching out to us to help us find another place to stay and to help us with our refund. Instead, they left a message via the airbnb app and said that we misunderstood, that it was not white mold and that they cleaned it up and we could continue staying in the unit. They have refused to refund our money and will continue to put future guests at risk. I hoped that they would do the right thing, but they did not.
