Your ideal spot to enjoy Funchal with or without a car with lots of transportation alternatives at your disposal. A very comfortable studio with 70 square meters. Excellent for one adult or a couple that wants to be in the center of it all. The building was finished in the summer of 2023. High-end bed and mattress with five-star hotel-quality, fully equipped modern kitchen with Bosch appliances, a modern bathroom with shower and excellent amenities, laundry room with separate washer and dryer, a great balcony with a side-view of the Mercado dos Lavradores. Very quiet space with double-glass windows and excellent blackout drapes for an excellent night of sleep and complete privacy when needed. Temperature-control system with heating and air conditioning split unit. Private parking spot, daytime building concierge and fantastic infinity pool and solarium on the 6th floor of the building, where you will have a breathtaking view of the ocean, the harbor and the town. One of the best spots to enjoy the Christmas lights of Funchal and the New Year's Fireworks.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Carefully curated with useful items and guides to not only the apartment but local restaurants and activities. The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything in downtown Funchal. The rooftop pool and terrace were gorgeous with spectacular views of the city and ocean. The private underground parking was easy to use and perfect for those renting a car. We will definitely recommend this apartment and look to return the next time we visit Funchal.
Loved our 10 day stay. Lovely apartment that had everything we needed and more. The rooftop was a highlight for sunbathing and a dip in the pool. Close to many great restaurants, our favourites being Kampo, Akua, Taberna de Capitaneo and Olivia. Easy walk to the cable car, the market, the old town and more. Supermarket within 3 minutes walk.
I would definitely recommend staying here. I was so close to everything, the rooftop pool was great, and the apartment itself was perfect for a couples getaway. Parking was very handy as we had rented a car. I would try and stay here again if I come back to Funchal.
This apartment is in an awesome location, a cool part of town where you can walk to a lot. Our host was very communicative, and in a city where most parking is paid, it was great to have a designated parking space (it is a tight space- but no one was ever parked next to us, so we had no problems getting in the spot). We had everything we needed for cooking, it was well stocked, and we really appreciated the welcome snacks. The bed was also comfy. Would highly recommend!
You can’t go wrong with this location… it is absolutely perfect! Close to everything, pristine and modern, great communication. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The balcony and parking spot was a great bonus. We loved everything about it.

Our apartment is in the heart of Downtown Funchal, around the corner from Mercado dos Lavradores, rua Fernão de Ornelas, Zona Velha and Avenida do Mar. You cannot find a more central location in Funchal. You can walk to the entire Downtown and all the way up to Lido if you have some time. You're close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets, fresh produce and fish markets, restaurants, gyms and nightlife, but in a quiet apartment with double-glass windows.
We are 200 meters from the Teleférico Funchal-Monte, 350 meters from the Cathedral and 650 meters from the Jardim Municipal.
Lots of options! You have the choice of enjoying a vacation without a car and walk all along Downtown Funchal or Avenida do Mar and Avenida do Infante to Lido. You can also use our private parking spot in the building and drive from a central location to anywhere in Funchal in less than 10 minutes.
Car rental companies are located around the corner and a taxi stop is across the street. Almost all the public buses stop in the area, including the Aerobus connecting with the airport.
