在一条小巷子里，太晚出门的话有点担心。周围商铺很多，很好逛，就是早上大清早会有鸡叫，比较吵。房间不大，但是卫生还不错，还送了免费的薯片。有保险柜

Chambre très confortable, accueil formidable, aussi bien à l'arrivée que pendant tout le séjour. Petit-déjeuner copieux. La déco style bomboniere​ anglaise peut plaire ou pas, mais pour quelques nuits ça ne gêne pas. Position en plein cœur du vieux quartier, donc assez bruyant. Je ne suis pas aussi enthousiaste au sujet de leur second hotel (3b guesthouse) dont les chambres sont moins confortables et plus vieilles, donc si on vous propose cette solution au même prix, refusez.

We are so glad that we chose to stay here for our last two nights in Vietnam. It was complete luxury. And the staff were so amazing. We were kindly greeted down stairs and given a snack while all the paperwork was sorted. Then we were escorted upstairs and shown our room. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bed felt like heaven. It was the perfect retreat in the middle of hectic Hanoi. The staff think of every little detail to ensure that you have a great stay. I would recommend to everyone.

We had such a great stay!! We slept one night in this beautifull room. The communication in advance was very fast, friendly and helpfull. When we arrived at this golden decorated hotel, the welcome was very friendly and make us feel home. The room was spacious and had everything we need to relax after a day of traveling. A great shower and very comfortable bed. Also the breakfast in the morning was also great, we could order what we like. In the early evening we were leaving to catch the night train so that day they made it possible for us to have a later check out, leave our bags at the hotel and shower before we go. Then they also arrange a cab for us. Overall we had a really great stay at a beautifull hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff. The room is perfect and have everything you need, can really recommend it. Thank you again!
