For easy access, this first floor condo is within a 5 minute drive, or only a 30 minute walk, to over 37 different beach access points on the island. Silenzio Edisto is the perfect destination for beach goers looking to unwind and relax in the serenity and calm of Edisto Island. Embark on your next journey to a silent getaway. With views of the beautiful golf course, lagoons, and mossy trees, our condo is the perfect spot to wind down away from the city. IMPORTANT NOTICE! We want to make you aware that our condo is up For Sale, so our realtor asks that you can vacate for 30-60 minutes at a time for showings, given a 24 hours advance notice.

We are a peaceful, first floor condo located in the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. This beautiful community is pet friendly and has easy walkability. Enjoy the views of the golf course on the back patio, and you'll probably see some deer too!
There is a nice cafe within a 5 minute walk that offers snacks, delicious coffee, and beautiful outdoor views of the lagoon. Or drive to the restaurant Ella and Ollies for a finer sit down experience.
The resort provides amenities such as an outdoor and indoor pool, mini golf and a play ground that can be accessed through purchase of a daily or weekly pass.
Driving to the beach is the quickest way to reach it, and there are several bicycle rental spots on the island (inside and outside of the Ocean Ridge Community). Golf carts can be rented, but per the HOA guidelines they are not allowed to be driven inside of the gated community.
