We are 25 minutes from Lake Fork, 5 minutes from Lake Winnsboro, and 30 minutes from Lake Cypress. . Winnsboro is known for Autumn Trails, The Bowery & Fine Arts community, and a variety of restaurants. We have a private pickleball court, so bring your paddles and play. We are 7 mins from town. This is an RV on our 3-4 acres behind our home. It’s private.

The camper was really nice and roomy for the 2 of us. Didn’t mind not having the internet but had a hot spot. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. We didn’t have a chance to play pickleball but it was a nice court. The town of Winnsboro was quaint and the local people were so friendly and accommodating! Great stay!!
Sheryl was so considerate and understanding of our late check in and very responsive. John was so kind to guide us in. Would definitely recommend this stay!! So clean and homey!!
