The room was commendable, almost felt like a hotel experience. Vibe of the room was elegant, had stable and fast internet connection, a desk to work on, and complete kitchen amenities. However, the location (Twin Lakes Residence) itself is not commuter-friendly (in case you are going via pub transpo). There are buses passing by, as drop-off (Twin Lakes Shopping Village) is surely the main highway. But, the residence itself is a 15-min walk downhill. Going uphill is challenging since it's moderately steep. Hope the management offer shuttle. Nonetheless, the place was peaceful. Would love to go back but with a car already :) I particularly loved the jacuzzi overlooking Taal! ❤️

Appreciation experience we had during our recent stay at Karen’s place. I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness. It was evident that great care and attention to detail had been taken to ensure that the space was welcoming and comfortable for guests. The view from the balcony caught my attention. Relaxing. We indeed enjoyed our stay. I will certainly recommend Karen’s place to friends and family who may be visiting the area in the future. Thank you once again for a truly wonderful stay.

The place was okay, but I only rated 4 stars since the heater was broken during our visit. Karen was very accommodating and tried to have it fixed, but the maintenance couldn’t do anything. So we had to tolerate the alternating cold/hot water coming out of the shower.
