We’ve just got home after a wonderful few days at Jo and Barry’s place. We had the best time. The house was perfect, clean and had plenty of space for all of us to enjoy our first break away as a family. The house is exactly as it seems. Beautifully decorated, amazing facilities and in a wonderful location to either stay and enjoy the view or explore the surrounding towns. Thank you for a great few days - we’ll definitely be back.
A group of 8 of us had a fabulous stay at Jo and Barry's. The house is beautiful and views equally so. We only had slight difficulty cooking for 8 people with the oven space available, but everything else was perfect for 8.

An incredible weekend away! The house is absolutely amazing and had everything we needed to feel right at home from the minute we checked in. The hot tub, pool table and table tennis provided hours of entertainment and the views over the lake from the decking and bedroom balconies are superb. Jo & Barry’s communication was great, were flexible with check out time, and they provided many recommendations for the local area. Highly recommend and will definitely look to come back in the future! Thank you!
A truly stunning house right on the lake - we stayed for a friend's birthday and had a wonderful time. Jo & Barry were great hosts and I'd really recommend staying - the photos do not do it justice!

Our lake is situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are numerous lakes for you to enjoy within walking distance and our home overlooks lakes back and front.
The area offers a variety of activities including water sports, archery, an inland beach, cycling and walking. There are also a number of excellent bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
Cirencester, the Roman capital of the Cotswolds, is only 4 miles/a 10 minute drive away and the numerous Cotswold villages are all within 20-60 minutes away.
Bath, Oxford, Warwick and Stratford are all within an hour away and London is only one hour and 20 minutes on the train from Kemble station.
A car is ideal to get around as there are so many Cotswold villages and attractions to visit whilst staying with us.
Alternatively the nearest railway station is Kemble, 7 miles away or Swindon 15 minutes away.
There is a local bus route that goes from the end of the lane and goes to Cirencester and Swindon for onward connections.
