Wish we could have stayed longer! The house was big and fit our needs perfectly. It was in a great location, super walkable. Sharon was incredibly responsive leading up to and during our trip. Would recommend!

We had a rough start. Followed instructions to call upon arrival. No response to a few calls and texts. Finally tried a different number for "co-host" found deep in listing. He sent code. Got a scolding text telling us that we were supposed to call and we did call. Got a text saying that our messages had "gone to junk". No apology. 8 women in our 60's standing on the curb with our bags for a half hour wondering was not great. The house was large with lots of bedrooms so that we could each have our own room. 2 living room areas and a nice dining room. Small kitchen, but nice space. Bedrooms had very differing degrees of comfort. We arrived on a day in the high 80's and there was not AC and fans did minimal, and most windows did not open. Next day was more comfortable, cooler. Didn't feel super clean. Kitchen trash not emptied. Lots of food in fridge from prior guests or owner. No instructions found. Tons of potential to make this place fabulous. We had a nice time.

Beautiful location right in the heart of downtown Annapolis, perfect for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding! The house is extremely large with plenty of comfortable bedrooms and multiple living spaces. We did have a few small issues like receiving the wrong door code and the alarm system going off in the middle of the night for no reason, but other than that it was great.

Perfect setting for our family and friend reunion! We enjoyed coffee on patio and loved having multiple rooms to connect with loved ones. Would highly recommend this home!
