This was tough because I had a last minute issue and made the reservation early Sunday AM. To add to the problem, I then didn't get to the room until late evening. The locator map sent me pretty far away- seems like an AirBnB issue. Luckily, I am very familiar with the area and Matthew was available and responded quickly. When I got to the location it was clear that his cleaners hadn't quite finished (no sheets on the bed or anywhere) but again Matthew was on it. I travel a lot and so I have had my fair share of issues. Matthew handled everything quickly and appropriately and IMO that's all one can ask. The apartment is very good, clean and comfortable. The issues were a perfect storm of timing, but the solving in the proactive and correct manner made Matthew stand out in a positive way. I am in Barbados frequently and I will be recommending and staying here again myself. Believe me, nobody's perfect but I've been in concierge hotels that were less responsive than Matthew- I'm a fan!!!

Ideally located near St Lawrence Gap and Dover beach. The accommodation is set back from the main road and was super quiet It is exactly as described and had air conditioning and fans which are definitely a must in Barbados. Nets on the window meant no mosquito or sandfly bites 👍🏽 This was a staycation for me as I was already on my travels staying with relatives.

Nice and private walking distance to a lot of nice places beaches bars restaurants etc host very complaint and responsive as lights things can be worked on but overall good

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Matthew provided prompt communication throughout with clear directions and access information upon arrival. The cottage felt cozy and homely. Location wise, if you're after somewhere close to Saint Lawrence Gap, then this place is perfect as it's literally a stone's throw away.
