Our comfortable light filled unit, offering a touch of coastal charm is located just a few minutes’ walk from Dripstone Cliffs in the lovely beachside suburb of Brinkin. Enjoy all the comforts of home. Cool off in your very own large private swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Relax with a wine and bar-be-que in the large outdoor dining/lounge area or by the pool. The unit has new furnishings and is fully air-conditioned. The unit provides two very comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The unit would suit 4 guests or families on holidays, business trips or those wanting extended stays. (We offer 7% discount for weekly stays and a 15% discount for month long stays). Rooms: Guests will enjoy a well-equipped full kitchen with ceramic top stove, oven, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Seating for 4 in the dining area and two couches to watch the large smart TV with Netflix in the lounge area. WiFi is also provided. Both bedrooms have new carpet with very comfy beds, one room has a queen-sized bed, and the larger room has two king singles. Both bedrooms have heaps of wardrobe space. The bathroom is a good size with a small bath and overhead shower, hand and body wash is supplied. A separate laundry area is located outside. Adjoining the back verandah is an outdoor dining/lounge area and bar-be-cue. Alongside is the fully fenced swimming pool and sun beds under a large shade. Please note: The pool is solely for your use, not shared with other units.

Julie’s unit was as it was described and showed in pictures if not better. The unit and outsides were very clean and tidy, bathroom bedrooms and kitchen were all cleaned and prepared of a high standard. The backyard pool we used every day and was an extra bonus on the warm days and evenings when we needed a cool off. Enjoyed our time at the unit and would come back again in the future.
A lovely place to stay from the first day. Very clean. The little extras and attention to detail Julie provides makes the stay feel like home.
Absolutely wonderful property and so many little extras! Kids loved the pool and their room! Julie was a great host and would love to stay here more often when we come to Darwin!! Thank you so much... loved everything about the accommodation 😊
We throughly enjoyed our time at the unit. It was the perfect stay for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The amenities offered were great, especially the pool and outside area. Our host provided some basic groceries for our arrival which was a nice gesture and was flexible with our checkout time. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find our way back to Darwin.

I have lived in Darwin most of my life and have just recently retired from work. I have seen a lot of changes in Darwin over the years and look forward to providing you with information about Darwin to make your stay a wonderful experience. When I am not travelling I enjoy spending my time with family, cooking and potting around in the garden. I am passionate about travel and have been doing so twice yearly for the past 15 years, travelling mainly throughout Asia and Europe. I have seen my fair share of hotels and Airbnb apartments on my travels. As a host, I can’t wait to show my guests the same great hospitality that I have enjoyed around the world.
