The hosts are friendly and responsible. They answer all questions as soon as possible. There was a problem with the internet, it was solved within 1 hour. The house is tastefully decorated, compact, neat and clean. We were especially impressed with the convenience of the kitchen :) The house had musli, milk and tea and coffee for breakfast. The towels and bedspreads smelt very nice :) We were impressed with the housekeeper's neatness, cleanliness, location and responsibility. This place can be recommended to everyone. We were 4 adults and 1 child and were very comfortable. Many thanks!
Such a great apartment. Really modern loving styling with lots of amenities- coffee machine, cereal etc. loved staying here. Area is very cool with lots of resturants and shops on your door step. Only thing to consider is the sofa bed is very small would be a struggle for 6 people for a long stay. Otherwise would 100% stay again. Host was very helpful with all questions. Thank you For a great stay!!
Appartamento nuovissimo e molto pulito, accogliente e ben arredato. È dotato di tanti servizi ed è soprattutto attrezzato perfettamente, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario (addirittura cereali, tè, caffè e assorbenti!). Il quartiere è ben collegato e vicino al centro.

you are on a safe and quiet one-way street in the city center. there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques and vintage shops around. beautiful Mokotowska Street hosts plenty of boutiques, Polish designer stores and luxury showrooms.
Mokotowska directs you to a Saviour Square (called "Hipster Square"). it is a lively place at any time of day or night, around which there are many bars and cafes. Hala Koszyki, a beautifully revitalized market hall, which has become a popular meeting place is in walking distance as well.
if you are looking for nature, Ujazdowski Park and Rydz-Śmigły Park and the most beautiful Royal Łazienki Park are a few steps away. perfect for morning jogging :)
you’re in the heart of the city. most places you will reach on foot. otherwise you can hop on a bus, tramway, or metro, or get Uber / taxi. you might as well enjoy a ride on a city bike or scooter.

- bus: #175 to Krucza stop and 10 min walk - PLN 4,40
- bus: #188 to Marszałkowska stop and 12 min walk - PLN 4,40
MODLIN (WMI):
- bus to metro Młociny & metro to Warsaw Central: depending on the time of day: approx. PLN 30-40
- bus to Modlin train station & train to Warsaw Central: approx. PLN 17-32
CAR PARKING:
if you are traveling by car, parking on the street costs about PLN 50 / day.
if you prefer an underground garage, the nearest garage is approximately 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, parking CEDET at ul. Krucza 50 (mon-fri PLN 8 / hour; sat-sun PLN 4 / hour)

hello and welcome! we are glad to have your attention! we are a small group of friends, who have so much passion about hospitality, arts and interior design, that we decided to grow a start-up business out of it! our names are Paulina, Artur, Boogie, Rafał, Nela, Alex and Tom. after renting our place you are always welcome to come and visit us at our extra-ordinary office space in a historical building where you normally would never enter. trust us, it’s worth every step you make towards it! if you like, we can meet for a coffee or lunch. although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary :) go ahead and book your place with us, either in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Berlin, Prague or Vienna! do zobaczenia! :)
