The neighbourhood has everything you ask for, fish & chips, 2 grocery shops, Tesco, Co-op and McColls; a coffee shop and a garden centre in 2 minutes walk plus the town is 5-7 minutes drive (Bath).
Our home is quiet and private, every floor has its own WC and there are two entrances/exits for privacy. The map shows a main road but when you come inside, you will see how serene it is; really quiet due to triple glazing.
Our garden has amazing views in the day and is perfect for stargazing at night sat by the fire pit with hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows ( see photos).
We enjoy meeting our guests but we give you full independence at all times (and free coffee when you arrive).

Gated private parking, dedicated parking space (no searching for a space or walking with your luggages).
Amazing walks 2-3 min from the property you will be able to see and hear horses, rabbits, fox’s if you are lucky perhaps even meet up with some young deers.
The nature is right on your feet. Abundance of easy walks with young children or moderate ones for a workout. Good sized park across the road with children’s play park.

Car - 5-7 minutes to centre of Bath
15 minutes to Univeristiy of Bath
Bus - 20 minuets to Bath, regular service (bus number 1 or 5 - located a a short walk from us)
Train - Bath Spa train is on the main line to London.
E-scooters are dotted around the city.
40 minute down hill walk to Bath (bit longer on the way up I'm afraid)
Park and ride 5 minutes down the road
The city centre of Bath is home to numerous restaurants, pubs, museums and shops, and the Bath Spa Railway Station and Roman Baths are only a few minutes drive from the house.
Easy and quick access to the main road for the Bristol International Airport (the airport is 36 minutes from our house- which is just 17miles away).
