Nice & cozy Winter get a way with lower rates! Lake front 2 bedroom plus pull out couch with hot tub overlooking beautiful Lake Ontario. This recently remodeled 2 bedrooms on Lake Ontario is 20 miles west of Rochester, NY. 2 king beds, pull out couch,6 man hot tub, cable TV, Netflix, HBO, HULU, TVs in both bedrooms and living room, stereo, full kitchen all the pans and silver, all fresh clean bedding, outdoor shower (full bath too) towels, paper goods, books, bikes, board games, ro ck painting, 1000 square feet, AC units, TVs, DVD players in living room and both bed rooms. Fire pit and fire wood, bikes and lots more. I nice little house directly on Lake Ontario with everything you need. Heats up or cools off in no time for hot or cold days. All Linens, towels, coffees, teas, spices; everything a kitchen needs.

Chris was very friendly and responsive. Instructions were very clear. Very clean, smelled good. All kitchen utensils very helpful.... beautiful quiet scenery. We would definitely stay here again
We stayed at Chris's place for a long weekend and had an amazing time! The cottage is really beautiful and felt like home. We loved using the kitchen and the hot tub and had everything we wanted there. The location was great and we spent our days at the nearby coastal state parks. Chris was a great host and really took care to make sure we had a perfect stay! We'd definitely stay again :)
