The villa has a breathtaking view over the sea inlet behind NonSuch bay, and it is designed to really make the most of that view. From picture windows in the bedrooms, to huge sliding doors opening up to a massively generous terrace, you are constantly struck by how well appointed the place is. All the rooms are really generous in size and the infinity pool is great for keeping kids and grownups entertained. We also made the most of the well equiped kitchen as well as the gas barbeque grill. We enjoyed the peace, but others may struggle with how little there is local to the place. Rokuni is the only restaurant on site but it seems quiet and has an uncertain future (being currently for sale). The resort beach is a tranquil haven and has a nice beach bar. Hiring a car is absolutely essential, and with that you can strike out to buzzy areas like English Harbour in about 30mins. We loved our stay and would reccomend this villa for independent types who like some peace!
While The Heights is far from the things we planned to do which required us traveling by boats leaving from Jolly Harbor, the place is AMAZING. We had a group of 6 for a 50th Birthday celebration and it was perfect. Amazing views and set up. The house hostess Necole lived nearby and cooked for us and was a wealth of information. She provided us our excellent hired driver for the week, Jerry, who was equally amazing. We would stay here again unless we hit the lottery and could afford the $30K per night homes in Jolly Harbor lol...but I'm sure our views and simplistic living were equivalent! Thanks so much! We loved it!
The Villa is beautiful and it matches the photos. It is on a quiet part of the island--which can be good and bad. We were happy staying in and cooking some meals, which worked out fine. The closest real restaurants are ~30 mins away. Beautiful surroundings. Great hosts. Our only drawbacks were the remoteness of the location, and the roads in Antigua, which are not things that are in the control of the host! You definitely need a car if you are staying here.
We had a group of six of us stay for a week at Nonsuch Heights. We very much enjoyed the house! It was beautiful! The view was spectacular! Necole and her daughter took such good care of us. We highly recommend this house.

It's best to rent a car for your stay to take advantage of all the area and Antigua has to offer.
