We had a great stay here! The home is bright with comfortable furniture, especially the beds, and nice decorating touches. The view is amazing and we loved the local beach just 5 min away by car. We were a party of 6, spanning three generations, and needed to use the additional apartment below for sleeping, but there was plenty of space in the main house for us all to gather. This home like all homes has a few quirks, but Jay is responsive and doing his best to address any concerns. Just know things move slowly on the island….don’t come to PR if you like to rush! Everything flows on “island time”! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here. Note, the pool is small but a nice oasis from the heat.

It was an idyllic location. Beautiful views, a quiet neighborhood. The property itself either isn't entirely complete with construction or it is on need of maintenance. The listing makes it seem that it's an entire house, but it's probably better described as a 2 unit property with outside access. Using the second bathroom means walking outside either down the driveway or down the back steps. The home was not very clean upon check in, there were no paper towels or cleaning products avaliable, we had to go hunting for towels, and the washer had backed up into the back door entry way because the drain ( outdoor) was clogged with leaves. We quickly realized the drainage issue and cleared the grate so that it could drain and prevent further backups. The listing shows bidet and outdoor shower and does not appear to have either. We did love the property, we just had some issues with the basics.

Loved this place, gorgeous views from nearly every room. Wonderful host! Great location for day trips to other parts of island.

What a wonderful home and host! This was our 3rd trip to Puerto Rico and our best thanks to Jay and his wonderful home. Communication with Jay was flawless. He cares about the home and he cares about his guest. We have never had a host who took better care of us. The home and views are better than the pictures, the house is spotless, and we slept wonderfully. The bird, star, and sea watching from the home was amazing. The neighbors are friendly. The grocery store is 10 minutes from the house. There are great restaurants within 20 minutes of the home. There are so many great beach spots within 15 to 30 minutes from the house. Jay gave us a list of beaches and restaurants to visit and we spent a day exploring. Even on a rainy day, the house is great. Great views and a great covered area outside to enjoy the sounds of the rain. The pool was so nice and it bubbles!! We will definitely book this home again. Flawless from start to finish.

The house is a little tricky to find but definitely worth it when you do. Beds are super comfortable and the bamboo sheets are top notch! Location is nice and quiet and next the to best beaches in Puerto Rico! Loved the stay
