Le logement ne ressemble en rien à la désignation « spa boutique hôtel ». Site difficile à trouver au milieu des bois, le logement ou « cabane » n’était pas propre (taches sur les draps) et ne fermait pas à clé. Aucune fenêtre dans la chambre mais seulement des moustiquaires = Climatisation impossible par 40 degrés à l’ombre, chaleur étouffante. Piscine en mauvais état et sale, impraticable. Lors de notre venue, une fumée insupportable était présente sur le site à cause d’un feu de forêt à quelques mètres. Je ne recommande pas du tout passez votre chemin.

Staying at Villa del Arbol surrounded by the lush Yucatán Jungle was an unforgettable experience. The architecture of the villa, especially the glass box with two trees inside the room, was simply amazing. It felt like being in a tranquil oasis, seamlessly blending nature with modern design. Our host, Hector, deserves special recognition for creating such a magical space. His attention to detail and passion for design truly shone through every aspect of the villa. One of the highlights of our stay was lying in bed and watching the full moon illuminate the jungle while wildlife visited the trees outside. It was a truly enchanting experience that made us feel connected to nature in a profound way. Hector's hospitality was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. His positive energy was infectious and added to the overall sense of relaxation and well-being. We will definitely return!

El lugar superó completamente nuestras expectativas, fui con mi novia buscando despejarnos de los problemas y pendientes de la vida, y este lugar nos dio paz completamente, nos sentimos cómodos en todo momento y los trabajadores del Hotel fueron en todo momento amables con nosotros, el desayuno estuvo increíble y nos enamoramos del gatito del hotel !! Recomiendo a todos que se den la oportunidad de conocer este increíble lugar. A pesar de no tener cortinas, te sientes super seguro y muy privado, tengo que reconocer que si sobrepasó mis expectativas este lugar! Prometo que volveré a hospedarme aqui!!

This Airbnb truly shattered my expectations! The moment I arrived, I was blown away. The jungle-like setting created a magical atmosphere, and I instantly wished I had booked a longer stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring Mérida and before venturing on to Chichen Itza and the cenotes nearby. But what truly elevated the experience was the incredible hospitality. Diego is not just a host, he's an amazing hostess! The level of care and attention to detail was off the charts. He made me feel so welcome and ensured everything was perfect for my stay.
