The Edinburrow is in a Basement flat in the New Town City Centre of Edinburgh. Minutes walking distance to train, tram & all Edinburgh attractions. It offers your own private entrance & wee basement courtyard which leads down to a double bedroom, through to a hallway with a twin bedroom with 2 small doubles & a large bathroom. There is no kitchen but a small snug with chairs & table, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and cups & glasses. Tea & coffee pods are provided. I split my flat into 2 when my children came home from university. When they moved out I was able to use the space for an Airbnb as it is completely separate from my living space and I use a different entrance at the back of the building. It’s a really quiet flat as it’s a basement.. even though you are in the New Town city centre with great restaurants, cafes & bars on your doorstep. The beds are all really comfortable and there is lots of storage space for clothes. There is no kitchen… just a wee snug with seating, fridge, coffee machine & kettle. As a lower basement, there are a lot of concrete steps so not great for young children, the unfit or infirm unfortunately.
