Ideal location for Edinburgh city centre. Easy parking in front of the house . 5 buses to City Centre whch is 15minutes.. We have j-beds etc to make up the size of accomidation that you need (upto 4 in a room plus small child if required.) I offer a pick-up and collection from the air-port (15min off peak) ealy morning or late night to make you vacation less stressfull. This is a large family home not an empty show house where you can feel uncomfertable . Edinburgh is the holiday. The rooms are all double rooms with space for 2 more beds to make it a cheap opton . The hose is seen in the photos. Don't come here if you thing you will be on your own . Come here if you want to save money bring your friends or family and be treated as one of the family . Howeve the city is your holday not my house , it just a cheeap place to sleep go enjoy Ediinburgh .

Good price. Not clean.
Louis helped us with pick up and drop off from/to the airport which was fine for us. Due to personal need of Louis we got different room, but was OK for our need to only sleep there. Bathroom would need to have more care to be comparable with the pictures which are old. For this price OK.

Silverknowes is next to the Silverknowes Golf course which rolls down onto Silverknowes beach . This is a popular area for walking and view of the river Forth. You can walk out to Crammond Island and along the Almond creek. We are part of Davison Mains village where there are several Pubs and bistro cafes. We are about 20 minutes from the city centre by bus .
There are no parking issues in Silverknowes. We are 5 minute walk to the bus terminus where you can catch 1 of 5 buses all going to the city center via different routes. The buses ar very frequent and coming back just use maps and it will put you nect to the nearest bus.

We have had 11 children and now we are empty nesters going to retire soon. We have plenty of rooms and so thought we would try out AirBandb . So we are opening up our home to get money to go visit all the grand children who are world wide.
