Only 3 miles to BD stadium, you’ll feel right @ home in this cute, cottage style house. Close to restaurants & shopping w/out being in the chaos. You can relax w/drinks on the screened porch, visit w/family & friends in the open living room/sitting space, and you’ll definitely have a great nights sleep in the cozy bedrooms. All items in house are brand new!! Fully stocked kitchen with laundry and supplies. Make this your regular spot when visiting TTown! I love it so much & know you will too! The living room is nice and open with an extra sitting area for you to enjoy drinks. The kitchen is open and bright with laundry in it and a nice coffee bar. The 2 guest bedrooms have a bathroom between them for convenience- this bathroom is also the main bath accessible for all guests.

Very comfortable, close to everything at the University
We had a great time staying at Carly’s place. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for an Alabama Gameday weekend! Would come again!

Carly is very friendly, responsive and helpful. She has done an amazing job making her home feel warm and welcoming. She has paid great attention to detail with special touches and lovely decor. The home is convenient to campus, shopping and restaurants. We love her cottage and would stay with her again.

I’ve recently purchased this home and have had a chance to meet most of the neighbors, who are great! Within a month of moving in, the house across the street became less than desirable on the outside. I was informed it was to be sold, so hopefully it will be cleaned up over time.
When pulling out of the driveway, if you go down to the end of the street and turn left, you will come to Kicker Street. If you turn left onto Kicker, it brings you to a light, which makes crossing the intersection easier.
