Located just 5 minutes from the subway, you can get to downtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. Only street parkings are available. (sorry, no pets allowed.- I love dogs/ cats but I have allergies. :( ) Sun filling large windows. 1 spacious rear side bedroom with a king size bed. 1 spacious front side bedroom with 2 single size bed (currently 2 single size bed is piled up together to maximize the space in the photo.) The front bedroom can be used as an extra living room/ working space for your liking. Spacious bathroom with bath tub. Kitchenette has a microwave, fan, portable electric stove top, mini fridge. And all plates, cups, pots, pans which you need for cooking/ dining. There are teas/ coffee for you to drink.(there is no dish washer.) 32" TV in the dining/ Kitchenette area., along with board games. 27" wash and dryer is there for you to use.

We have a lovely stay! The hosts were very considerate in furnishing this place and making it feel like a home away from home.
It was a lovely place to stay. It does take a while to get some places but that is to be expected. The place was spacious, including all of us could be in the bathroom at once if needed. There are many places walking distance to get food, coffee and the sub way is not far. I loved the old original features of the house.
Excellent stay in an excellent neighborhood. Will book again!

J,Z,A,C train @ Broadway Junction. 14~ 16 min walk
Street parking is available. (First comes first served). No private parking spot.
