John and Abby’s place was perfect for a quick weekend stay! It was so clean and exactly like the photos. They were so responsive to any needs we had. Will definitely stay again when we’re back in town!

Abby and John's place was amazing! They have thought of everything, right down to a Brita pitcher in the refrigerator so we didn't have to purchase water bottles. The soaking tub was beautiful and I used it every night. The purple bed was so comfortable and the place was immaculate. Abby was super helpful with recommendations and she was so kind. We hope to visit again and stay at their place. I hope I didn't forget anything because this was one of the best places we've stayed in.

Saved our trip! We chose this apartment after a snafu at our original Airbnb. Unfortunately this one had not been available for the first night of our stay. We were thrilled with the hospitality and decor. Everything worked out well for us and we had a great stay in Cookeville. One granddaughter graduated form a four year program at TT and another from a doctoral program in Occupational Therapy at UTC in Chattanooga. It was a busy week seeing both ladies in their graduation gowns and seeing them receive diplomas, with honors! Great stay at a clean well equipped apartment.

Beautiful space. Attention to the little details. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again and/recommend.

Honestly an exceptional stay from start to finish. I have zero complaints. It's worth every penny. And I appreciate how cozy it is! I never sleep this well at airbnbs but I slept better here than I do at home! 10/10 highly recommend
