We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Daniel in de ecovillage. We werden volledig opgenomen als familie, hebben bijzondere avonden met “Kaba” meegemaakt. Een prachtige hike gemaakt en in de rivier gezwommen. Het eten is van de lokale platen en erg lekker. Komend van alle commerciële resorts, was dit voor ons een verademing. We hadden wel een lekke band bij aankomst. Indien mogelijk huur een SUV en houd rekening met lange reistijd over de weg naar de ecovillage.

This place is just Amazing!! I sincerely recommend this village. Everybody is so friendly welcoming and good adviser. The food is really good and fresh. I already miss this place and wanted to spend more time. True Fijian experience and you learn a lot about the traditions and all the islands. Thanks again !

An unforgettable awesome experience! I went with my family, husband, our two teenage daughters. We took Pacific Transport bus from airport right after we landed early in the morning, Daniel arranged pick up at Pacific Harbor. It was easy! Once we arrived, place is beautiful nestled along a river by mountain village. We were welcomed by everyone, we had delicious local food from the land, hike up to an amazing view, swam in the river, village tour, built bamboo raft, volleyball with the locals, fresh coconut harvested for us from huge palm, Kava, singing and dancing in evenings, sunrise & set from our huts. sunrise & set from our huts. Danny is a gracious friendly host! He gave us some insight to Fiji & village life. He messaged when asked questions, and helped w/logistics. Wifi is not always available so be mindful of this with response time. Danny followed through with all as planned. We felt very accommodated & welcome!

This was a truly unforgettable experience which we enjoyed very much. The location, the people, the singing, dancing and food were all beautiful. What spoilt it Sadly was I had not heard from the host since I booked the stay (2 months before) despite a number of messages on the week ahead. This left us unsure about what to take and we ended up being quite unprepared for the remoteness of the stay, let alone driving there with no phone signal, directions or road signs. Make sure you take plenty of water with you and conservative clothes if you are a woman. Food is included throughout the day, breakfast, lunch and dinner which we didn't know either. Some more clear and concise guidelines would have been a huge help to make our stay even better. Hopefully this is easy to improve. Other than that I highly recommend this as an experience while staying in Fiji, it's not to be missed!
