Overall, our stay for nearly 4 weeks was pleasant, albeit with a few notable issues. Upon arrival, there was noticeable dirt and stains throughout the unit (mainly kitchen and bathrooms), prompting us to ask the host if the place was professionally cleaned prior to our move in. The towels provided were stained and towel rack in one of the bathrooms was broken (we were told it would be fixed in a few days but didn’t happen at all). We had WiFi problems that persisted for a few days which necessitated the use of international roaming data for me to stay connected - this wasn’t ideal nor practical for me. We also encountered errors with washing machine. Thankfully, the wifi and washing machine were fixed. We were held up at check-out as hosts needed to be present. Despite these, the location was convenient, the accommodation was comfortable and hosts were responsive. Host needs to invest in thorough cleaning to professional cleaning to improve overall experience of future guests.

I was informed by building staffed that I was not supposed to be at an Airbnb in this location so there was difficulties with this. The biggest issue is The owner is not involved some girl is running it and attempt it to charge us for items previously broken
