The house for the most part was good but a window kept piping out all night then when it was time for check out she tried to blame me for breaking a window I will never book with her again

Overall, the place wasn't terrible. Did have some noticeable things that needed attention, such as peeling in the tub, blinds that had missing or broken slats, a kitchen drawer that was out of alignment, a hole in the wall behind the one bedroom door and a pile of dirty sheets and bathroom rugs that were left in a hall closet. Did reach out the night we got there and were told he couldn't do much as he was at a ball game. Though the co-host did call the next day to address the concerns and stated it is an older unit. The dirty sheets were removed that day by the cleaners. Also had a noticeable smell of marijuana in the hall of the building. Location was good as we utilized the bus and rail lines nearby as well as the grocery store across the street.

The property had numerous issues: a malfunctioning toilet, mold on the ceiling, a bathroom door that required force to close, and a filthy bathtub that prevented us from bathing during our stay. The air conditioning units were neglected, leading to constant dust emissions, causing coughing and sneezing. Additionally, the apartment had an odd smell, and the hallway closet reeked of urine. I wasn't informed about the non-functional dishwasher until check-in day, despite it being absent from the listing and prior communications. Communication with the owner was problematic, with delayed responses and a long wait to address the toilet issue. The promised parking pass arrived hours late, and neighbors contradicted its necessity, casting doubt on the owner's honesty. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing, and I won't book any properties managed by this owner in the future.
