Just a few minutes from Belleayre ski, hiking trails, world-class fishing, restaurants, and other seasonal and year-round activities. Watch the wildlife from a large wrap-around deck or relax and read a book listening to the sounds of a mountain creek on the side of the house. Enjoy the moment, and leave your worries behind! The house is on a private road. 4-wheel drive is required in the winter. Less than 8 mins from ski, minutes from fishing and hiking, 15 minutes to shopping, restaurants, coffee, and more. Also, there is a beautiful, serene mountain creek on the side of the house. You can listen to it from the deck or from the second-floor bedroom when the window is open.

We had a fantastic stay at Maria's retreat in the woods! The house was extremely comfortable, convenient to our destination, and very peaceful with a lovely view. Maria was super proactive with instructions and responsive / flexible to us. Would highly recommend! Only thing to consider is if you're traveling in the winter, you may need a vehicle with AWD or 4WD.
Maria’s house is very close to Belleayre mountain. It’s also very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice ski trip. Would recommend!
Maria is an amazing host with a stunningly beautiful little retreat in the woods. The place was perfect for my little family and dogs to explore and be part of nature. You will be doing yourself a favor by staying here and getting away from the hustle and bustle!

5-acre lot with tones of wildlife. Located on the end of a quiet private road with a few neighbors apart from each other.
There are 2 parking spaces on the right side of the house and plenty of parking under the house and then a short walk up the hill to the house.
