Enjoy the wide open spaces! Varlay Farmhouse was built in 1917 and is located on the farm that has been in the family for over 100 years. Although it has been completely updated, it still maintains its original unique design and charm. Just 30 minutes from Fort Worth, Denton, and DFW Airport; 15 minutes from Texas Motor Speedway. Parking: 6-vehicle carport and ample perimeter space for larger vehicles. TVs in every bedroom, sauna in MBR! The perfect place just to get away from it all. 360-degree views and close to 4 acres of outside area. One bedroom with queen bed and full bath downstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs: Main BR w/ king bed, exercise room, and sauna; BR3 w/ queen; BR4 w/ full and single. BR 3 & 4 share bath. Large kitchen with seating for 8 around the island.

Very fitting for our family. As grandparents it was nice to see the kids come and go, play hide and seek, and experience the old farm house.

Varlay Farmhouse is on a working farm with cattle in a primarily agricultural area. It is quiet and peaceful and guests can enjoy some spectacular sunsets and sunrises. The city of Justin, home of Justin Boots and Cowboy Outfitters, is 7 miles west where you can find a grocery store, bars, restaurants, and churches. If you need a Wal-Mart, Lowes, or more dining options, Decatur, the county seat, is 15 miles north. Locally we have convenience stores, gas stations, and liquor shops all within a 5-minute drive.
You will be in the country where driving a distance for shopping, dining, or entrainment is a way of life. Parking is a premium at Varlay Farmhouse. Along with a 6-car carport is ample perimeter space for larger vehicles.
