The cabin was freezing when we arrived and there were no instructions on how to light the fire, which had a safety switch The £45 for the hot tub use was a rip off. We arranged this as a romantic getaway and my other half spent more than an hour trying to light it. There was barely any kindling and the wood provided was damp. When we finally got in after more than the 2 hours recommended it was still only lukewarm. Would ideally have liked a refund on the wasted £45 but doubt that would be an option. Might have been nice to arrive to it already lit, especially as we provided a check in ETA

Upon arrival we were greeted with a suprise welcome basket. The cabin is very cosy and the gas fire heats it up pretty fast. It also has everything needed for the stay. We gad a small inconvenience with the hot tub not heating up quick enough to be ready for the evening. We sent a quick message to our host and she allowed us to use the hot tub next door! Which was fantastic as it was readily warm and also had beautiful scenery and lighting. Will definitely be booking again in the near future. Thankyou guys!

loved waking and being greated by the horses and pony's and meekats . lovely and quiet we was very relaxed and hot tub was amazing!

Truly a wonderful stay that exceeded expectations. The wood fired hot tub was perfect. Beautiful surroundings and all of the wild life, including delightful meerkats were such a lovely extra. Friendly hosts and so many tasty treats and extras there to greet you on arrival. We did a lovely hours walk to a local pub through the country side to meet more welcoming locals. Highly recommend the stay.
