The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside. Our Orchard Barn is run totally on green energy. We grow crops on our land along with farm waste products to feed a Anaerobic digester which then produces electricity from the gas. This property is just one house in the local community we supply electric to. From lights to heating, your stay will be totally renewable. As soon as you step out the front door you find yourself amongst acres of trees, where your pets can run freely lifting up the wildlife as you stroll. Our cider orchards are truly breath taking, from the idyllic blossom fairy tail walks in the spring to the rich, red vibrant apple fall in the autumn. Old Court farm has been in the family for generations and we would be honoured as a family to welcome you, our guests, to stay on the farm and get a real feel into what its like behind the scenes.

Absolutely outstanding! It’s such a beautiful property with wonderful surroundings. Jasmine was a fantastic host and her dogs were SO friendly
Had an amazing stay at Jasmine's, the place itself was wonderful and even nicer than the pictures. Some great walks with the dogs through their orchards and the surrounding countryside. Beds were big and super comfortable and likewise with the living space and kitchen. The place is on a working farm, and loved all the tractors and goings on around us, it added a great atmosphere to the weekend, without ever interrupting us. 10/10, would stay again.
The house is as stunning as in the photos and is huge! A really nice space to hang out in when the weather is too bad to go out! Jasmine was always really responsive and quickly sorted a couple of (non-urgent) issues for us. The only negative for us - and hence why I’ve rated it 4 stars instead of 5 - was that none of the large Velux windows in the bedrooms have blinds on them. So when the resident cockerel woke us each morning at around 5am, it took us a while to go back off to sleep as daylight was starting to stream in. So we were pretty tired by the end of our three night stay and were ready for a good night’s sleep at home!
Wow, what a place! It looked extraordinary in the photos but it really is quite breathtaking when you first arrive. Everything about the house was luxurious, the tall ceilings and open plan nature of the main area makes the place flow so well, it’s a pleasure to cook in a kitchen with so much space to work and prepare food etc. We were initially concerned that a fully tiled downstairs would be cold but with underfloor heating the house was very warm. Beds are extremely comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and access to a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher was great. The house is very easy to find, entry to the property couldn’t be easier, the hosts were lovely and not intrusive at all. Overall an unforgettable stay and we will be returning in the future.

Our small village is very friendly, only 3 mile away is the famous Pembridge for your local food produce, pub/restaurants and more.
Parking is very easy in our very rural area. We are very lucky to be so close to Shobdon air field (3 mile) which offer flight trips and lessons too. Leominster is the nearest train station.
