Lovely break in the Welsh countryside. Quiet and peaceful but with lots of things to do locally and further afield. Loved Sue's cottage. We didn't get to meet Sue but she was always on hand.

A beautifully presented cottage in pristine condition. While close to the edge of town it is delightfully secluded and very private.

Such a lovely place to stay and unwind. So quiet and peaceful in a beautiful location. Waking up surrounded by fields was the highlight! Perfect place for a family or couple with dogs. We had everything we needed and Sue was a great host!!! Would happily stay again - hopefully in the summer where we could be out in the lovely garden ☺️

Booked a very last minute week away and was surprised we managed to find somewhere this good. It should be booked up all year round. We’d never been to the area but found some great restaurants (The Cider Barn, Crocketts), visited Ludlow, Leominster and loads of surrounding villages with lots of great pubs and local food producers to discover. Lots of good dog walks which our German Shepherd loved. The wood burner in the living room was great for the cold nights. Not something we have at home so we made the most of it. As we have a dog a big thing for us is having a secure garden, and as much as he tried to look for a way out he couldn’t find one so we could let him wander around outside as much as he liked. The cottage is remote and very private. Sue is a great host and helped with recommendations and extra wood for the wood burner as and when we needed it. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back here next year for a relaxing break with our dog.
