The condo was nice, although there were 2 twin beds instead of a queen bed in the second bedroom which ended up better for the kids. Very limited cookware in the kitchen. Dishwasher was broken, but resort staff was responsive and replaced it quickly after we let them know. Kids loved the indoor pool and played several rounds of putt putt. Very close to Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg. The condos are close together and unfortunately we had neighbors across the hall who were quite loud until well after midnight.
Overall we had a pleasant stay at the Greensprings Resort. The unit was clean and easily accessible. The kids loved the pool and amenities at the resort. The units do look a bit dated, but everything is well maintained and the staff there is very responsive.
The property is a condo within the Greensprings Resort, so not a usual AirBnB, more like an extremely spacious hotel suite with resort amenities and such. The condo was clean, obviously taken care of by professional staff, and fit our needs for the short stay. The bathrooms were very clean. The resort area is very private, no real noise and we felt very safe and secure (guard house on entry and we had to key-card through several doors to get to the condo). The front desk staff was very nice and attentive, checked in with us to see if anything was needed. There is a full kitchen, but the cookware is a bit limited, so bring what you might need if you plan to cook a lot. The beds were all new and comfortable, though no extra comforters, so recommend to bring extra blankets in the colder months. Generally a short drive to Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, and 5 minutes away from a massive playground and a Duck Donuts.
Great customer service, quick responses....Place was relaxing, clean, had lots of activities to do on property and good food options within a quick drive. Nothing was left out for this place and anyone could enjoy the onsite amenities and conveniences offered around it. Will definitely be back.

At Greensprings Vacation Resort, you will be able to enjoy some rest and relaxation, lounging in your own private whirlpool, or stretching out in front of the fireplace. You can take a swim in either the indoor or the outdoor swimming pools, or enjoy a game of tennis, even at night, on the floodlit tennis courts. Of course, there is also plenty of great golfing at the resort-adjacent Nicklaus-designed golf course.
When you stay at the Greensprings Vacation Resort, you will find that you are never at a loss for things to see and do. There are fun and exciting theme parks, including Busch Gardens and Water Country, and you can visit the Colonial Williamsburg Jamestown Settlement to take in a bit of history. There are plenty of other things the area has to offer for fun and excitement. Enjoy the parks, picnic areas and playgrounds, play some shuffleboard and basketball, and even play a few games of miniature golf. There are also a number of fine restaurants in Williamsburg, as well as excellent shopping.
If you do not feel like leaving the resort, there are still loads of things for your family to do. You can visit the Activities Department, play basketball, table tennis, volleyball, tennis, shuffleboard and more. Rent a bicycle and take a ride along the trails, or grab your backpack and go for a hike.
