Sterling’s place was perfect for a long weekend in Lakeland! It was comfortable, super clean, and had everything we needed. Sterling was also super helpful. We’d definitely come back to stay again!

The location was really convenient for what we needed. Lakeland has really overvalued hotel and rental prices, so the price on this was just right. The space was good for 2 adults and 2 kids. It’s an older home, and the walls are thin, so we heard everything the downstairs neighbors had to say at all hours.

This unit is the upstairs of an older home in an older area of town. The unit is simple and clean. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, the walls are very thin and normal conversation levels in other areas of the home were very easy to hear. The “kitchen” is very small; the fridge door doesn’t open all the way so it is difficult to get items in and out, there isn’t much counter space for cooking anything substantial. One of the bedrooms has a curtain for a door. One of the beds was very comfortable, the other was a little worn and dips in the middle. As others have mentioned, the spiral staircase to get up to the unit is steep and narrow. We were aware, and therefore prepared for it so only brought backpacks with us. The unit was fine for one night to sleep and shower; I wouldn’t have wanted to spend any more time than that. The rental price was fair for the unit, until the you take into consideration the cleaning costs. With the combined costs, I feel that it is overpriced.

Beautiful place for the price. Quite friendly neighbors. Sterling was fast to respond to any questions that we had. Was very helpful. We got there a little early she worked with us letting us check in an hour early with no hassles. When we come back to the area we will be definitely looking her up. Awesome hospitality didn't need any.
