Comfortable, clean, and spacious! Would stay here again without a doubt. It’s a short drive from Inverness, Loch Ness, and other destinations in the highlands. Alison is responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely time during our two night stay. Birchwood Cottage reminded us of why we prefer staying in accommodations like this, rather than a hotel. The location was a convenient drive into Inverness proper, as well as Loch Ness. For those exploring the Black Isle, the cottage’s location is even more convenient.

This is a great spot for a family stay. The cottage looks pristine and very cozy. Separated out from the busy town, its not too far from amenities as well. Great place to stay. Kids loved the cottage. Alison is a great host, very responsive. She had provided all clarifications during check in, stay and during check out. Highly recommended.
